
This one is for you if you could use some recovery
Had a few too many drinks yesterday, people sniffing around you, or when it’s time for a bit of clean & green after the weekend.
We’ve added the Green Juice powder by Jesse van der Velde to this smoothie! This is one of those powders we’ve mentioned before and that you want to have in your cupboard to always mix into your smoothie. It consists of wheatgrass, spirulina, matcha, and moringa, among others. But also camu camu ( = lots of vitamin C), seaweeds, and probiotics. A lifesaver, especially if you have little vegetables in the fridge because with this you still get a lot of vitamins and minerals.
We actually prefer to always add this to a smoothie, just for the extra minerals boost. But it’s especially nice if you have few vegetables at home, your body could use an extra immunity boost, or for more energy. Your body needs the minerals from vegetables and fruit for a radiant skin, in the repair of your cells, removing waste products, providing energy, etc. Too much to mention!

- 50 g spinazie
- 3 g koriander (optioneel)

Instructions
1. Doe alle ingrediënten in de blender. 2. Mix tot een gladde smoothie en verdeel over twee glazen. Drink direct op of bewaar afgesloten 1-2 dagen in de koelkast of vriezer.
