For this drink, we use rice-coconut milk, but you can also use another type of plant-based milk, for example, hazelnut milk, spelt milk, or almond milk. Choose a variant without added sugar, the drink will be sweet enough thanks to the banana that’s included!
You can choose whether you want to enjoy this drink warm or cold. If you have a high-speed blender, like the one from Bianco di Puro, you can blend the milk together with the carob powder. Set it to the ‘soymilk’ program. The blender is so powerful that your drink will be super warm at the end of the program! Of course, you can also mix the ingredients in a blender first and then warm them up in a saucepan.

- 500 ml rijst-kokosmelk (of andere plantaardige melk)
- 1 banaan
- 2 tl carobepoeder (of cacao)
- 100 g blauwe bessen of bramen (diepvries)

Instructions
1. Doe de melk samen met de banaan en carobepoeder in de blender. Blend deze tot een gladde smoothie of totdat deze warm is.
