What is the difference between these blenders?
A blender, a food processor, or maybe a juicer. Can’t figure it out? Then read this article here. If you choose a blender, the most powerful ones are high-speed blenders, because:
- Your green smoothies will be much smoother. So no more fibers between your teeth when you drink, as ingredients like kale and parsley are effortlessly pulverized.
- Peels and hard pieces can also be blended. Think of the white part around an orange or the hard core of a pineapple. And often, these contain the most nutrients!
- Your smoothies and soups become creamier and fuller in taste. You’ll truly be spoiled!
- Nuts, hard vegetables, and frozen fruit chunks can also be easily pulverized.
- The blades chop the ingredients so finely that the plant cell walls are broken, unlocking the maximum amount of nutrients, antioxidants, and phytonutrients, which our body can then easily absorb for maximum benefits.
- You can blend raw ingredients into a warm soup in 6 minutes. Due to the extremely powerful motor, and you can keep the temperature low enough for the soup to be ready to eat without losing the valuable enzymes (which are super heat-sensitive).
- You can also make nut pastes and nut milk with this.
- Blending is faster.
- Saves you a food processor at home. Because you can also finely grind dates, nuts, and such for things like burgers and pie bases.
Can it be cheaper?
As you may know, high-speed blenders are quite expensive. Amounts between 500 and 1000 euros are not uncommon after a bit of searching. Not so surprising when you consider that such a blender has an extremely powerful motor, much stronger than a regular blender. And the quality is so high (if it’s good) that you can use it for the rest of your life. Really, even if you use it every day.
But you probably understand that we went wild when we got to know the Bianco di Puro blender. It is of super high quality and costs ‘only’ 400 euros. One of the most valuable tools in our kitchen (at home and office). But still, a substantial investment… So we are incredibly pleased that the Wartmann blender has come to the market! A difference in motor, but both made in the same factory and from the same high-quality materials. And the Wartmann blender costs only 230 euros! Which one should you choose?

The choice you make should mainly suit you. We took the Wartmann blender with us when we went to Ibiza to shoot photos for the Rock Your Body book because it’s smaller and fits more easily in the suitcase.
