
Plenty of reasons to eat berries more often
Blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, mulberries, red currants… What are your favorites?
When berries are not in season, you can use frozen berries! Just as healthy and available all year round. Also smart: when they are in season, buy in bulk, wash them and store them yourself in a container in the freezer. This way you can enjoy these delicious antioxidant-rich (read: anti-aging) fruits all year round.
