Matcha is a green tea where you not only steep the tea leaves, but the tea leaves are dried and pulverized. From the powder you get, you make a tea, latte, or for example, this smoothie. This way, you get even more antioxidants and it gives a healthy energy boost. Instead of matcha powder, you can also buy matcha green tea in a bag and use that.

- 500 ml groene thee, afgekoeld
- 2 stronken mini romaine sla
- 2 mango’s
- 2 el gebroken lijnzaad
- 2 tl matchapoeder|500 ml groene thee, afgekoeld

Instructions
1. Doe de thee in de blender. Was de sla, snijd in stukjes en voeg toe aan de blender.
2. Schil de mango's, snij in stukjes en voeg toe aan de blender samen met het lijnzaad en matchapoeder.
