  • 60 g verse dadels ontpit
  • 75 g rozijnen
  • Snufje zout
  • 75 g havermout of boekweitvlokken
  • 2 tl speculaaskruiden

  • 20 g kokosrasp (om in te rollen) |120 g wortel

Instructions

1. Rasp de wortel. Snijd de dadels in kleine stukjes.

2. Doe alle ingrediënten, behalve de kokosrasp, in een grote kom en kneed goed. Hoe langer en beter je kneedt, hoe beter de ingrediënten blijven plakken. Hier heb je geen keukenmachine voor nodig!

3. Maak 12 balletjes en rol deze door de kokosrasp. Bewaar in de koelkast of vriezer.|1. Rasp de wortel. Snijd de dadels in kleine stukjes.
